We are committed to providing high-quality training experiences. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. Please review our refund policy below:

  1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
    We are confident in the quality of our training services. If you are not fully satisfied with the training experience, you may request a refund within 30 days of your first training session. This guarantee applies under the following conditions:

    • You must have attended and completed at least one training session.

    • You must provide specific feedback on why the session did not meet your expectations.

    • Refunds under this guarantee will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and may offer a partial or full refund depending on the circumstances.

  2. Cancellation by Client Beyond The 30-Day Satisfaction Period

    • More than 14 days before training start date: Full refund will be provided.

    • Between 7-14 days before training start date: 50% of the total fee will be refunded.

    • Less than 7 days before training start date: No refund will be provided.

  3. Rescheduling by Client

    • Clients may reschedule their training session once at no additional charge, provided that the request is made at least 7 days before the scheduled session. Additional rescheduling requests may incur a rescheduling fee.

  4. Cancellation by Trainer

    • If the trainer cancels the session due to unforeseen circumstances, the client may choose between a full refund or rescheduling the session at a mutually agreed time.

  5. No-Show Policy

    • If a client does not attend a scheduled session with less than 24 hours prior notice, no refund will be issued.

  6. Exceptional Circumstances

    • In cases of emergencies or exceptional circumstances, clients may request a refund or reschedule. These requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

  7. Refund Processing

    • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of the approved refund request.
