We are committed to providing high-quality training experiences. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. Please review our refund policy below:
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We are confident in the quality of our training services. If you are not fully satisfied with the training experience, you may request a refund within 30 days of your first training session. This guarantee applies under the following conditions:You must have attended and completed at least one training session.
You must provide specific feedback on why the session did not meet your expectations.
Refunds under this guarantee will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and may offer a partial or full refund depending on the circumstances.
Cancellation by Client Beyond The 30-Day Satisfaction Period
More than 14 days before training start date: Full refund will be provided.
Between 7-14 days before training start date: 50% of the total fee will be refunded.
Less than 7 days before training start date: No refund will be provided.
Rescheduling by Client
Clients may reschedule their training session once at no additional charge, provided that the request is made at least 7 days before the scheduled session. Additional rescheduling requests may incur a rescheduling fee.
Cancellation by Trainer
If the trainer cancels the session due to unforeseen circumstances, the client may choose between a full refund or rescheduling the session at a mutually agreed time.
No-Show Policy
If a client does not attend a scheduled session with less than 24 hours prior notice, no refund will be issued.
Exceptional Circumstances
In cases of emergencies or exceptional circumstances, clients may request a refund or reschedule. These requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of the approved refund request.
